Hangzhou is a great place for silk shopping. On Tiyuchang Road there is a Silk Market, where you will find excellent fabrics at good prices.

If you are visiting Hangzhou on an organized tour, most probably you will be taken to one of the silk malls, where you will be shown clothes and bed linen made of silk.
