17/26.- Hangzhou, Jin Xiu Feng Shui Dong Grotto, statue

At the end of the route, you will get to a big cave occupied by a huge statue. Locals bring presents and offerings to this sacred image.

The name of this Grotto is "Jin Xiu" "Feng Shui" Grotto. "Feng shui", which in Chinese literally means "wind water", is an ancient Taoist practice of construction of houses and buildings in order to achieve harmony with the environment.

We will now visit one of the most famous temples in Hangzhou, the Leifeng Pagoda.
