33/41.- Chiang Mai, Golden chedi

Because of the relics enshrined in this the central chedi of Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, this temple is considered the most holy shrine in the north of Thailand. The golden parasol in the foreground is one of four surrounding the chedi.
