20.- Annapurna Circuit, Ledar 2

Great view, eh? Yes, that’s one of the highest mountains in the world! We’ve earlier talked about the natural life in this region, but there’s one animal that can make you famous world wide if you see it: yes, the Yeti.

The trails we are following here have been used for more than a thousand years. They have been (and still are) used for communication and trade proposes by the local people.

We’ll spend the night of our ninth trekking day in Ledar (4250 meters, 14,000 ft).
