20/33.- Grand Canyon, Pima Point

Pima Point is the observation point before the last stop in the Hermits Rest Route.

The best season to visit the Grand Canyon National Park is between May and September. Because the Park is located on a plateau, temperatures here are milder than in the rest of the region. You have to know that temperatures vary a lot depending on the location. While at the rim temperatures are mild in the summer (in the low 80's), down the river temperatures may be very hot (they may exceed 120 F).
