36/49.- Pittsburgh, Squirrel Hill, Synagogue

Squirrel Hill is a fun place to wander about. The main thoroughfares are home to small shops and interesting restaurants. It also boasts two really good cinemas which show some of the best movies to be shown in the city. Squirrel Hill is home to many of Pittsburgh’s Jewish population. The Beth Shalom Congregation synagogue is huge and has beautiful wrought iron work.
