2/49.- Pittsburgh, Dinosaur, Carnegie Museum of Natural History

And here, strangely enough, is indeed a dinosaur. His name is Dippy. He's all of 84 feet long and 24 feet high. The building is the Carnegie Museum of Natural History and is located in Oakland. The poor guy dwarfed by the dinosaur is Stephen Foster, a songwriter from the 19th century. The Carnegie Museum of Art is here too, and the Carnegie Music Hall, as is the Carnegie Public Library.
