5/32.- Bocas del Toro, Carenero Island

To move around the Island of Colon, where Bocas Town is, you can walk or take the inexpensive taxis. The airport can be reached on foot.

To move from one island to another you can take the boat taxis. Ask your hotel for the price of the rides. You may have to negotiate with the boat drivers. Note that places where locals go are cheaper to reach than places where only tourists go.
