22/24.- Nassau, Police Parade

The parade starts with a church service, broadcast by the media. Then the officers parade through the streets to the sounds of a brass band playing tunes like "Stand Up for Jesus". This picture shows the helmeted "Royal" guards in their bright uniforms, some of them adorned with leopard skins. The Changing of the Guards is another of the picturesque events not to be missed.
