8/31.- National Park of Manuel Antonio, beach

There are three main beaches inside the Manuel Antonio National Park: Playa Espadilla Sur, Playa Manuel Antonio and Playa Puerto Escondido.

The first beach you get to see, following the trail that starts at the park entrance, is Playa Espadilla Sur. This beach is nice, but during the high season it may be crowded.
