9/31.- National Park of Manuel Antonio, Playa Espadilla Sur

In the picture you can see Playa Espadilla Sur. In the background you see the Punta Catedral. A trail will take you around this peninsula. from the trail you have nice views of the surrounding area.

Punta Catedral used to be an island, but sand brought by local currents united the piece of land with the continent.
