You will easily feel at home among Brazilians. One of the good things about São Paulo is the scarcity of tourists.

At first, I thought foreign tourists had learnt the lesson, and were wearing the same clothes as locals (in order not to attract the attention of thieves). But this is not the case. Even at São Paulo main attractions, I did not see many foreigners.
