11/16.- Porto Seguro, restaurants

Porto Seguro center is a group of rather modern buildings. The streets in the tourist center are packed with souvenir shops, bars and restaurants. For food, the best options are in the town center, but in the beach area there are also some nice places. The best restaurants are along a street on the town's beach front. On this street you will find four or five restaurants in colorful restored colonial houses.

Nightlife starts in the Pasarela del Alcohol (Avenida Portugal), where you will meet locals having a drink at the street stalls. The action continues in the beach shacks, where nightlife goes on till late in the night.
