24/28.- Olinda, Igreja de São Sebastiao

Igreja de São Sebastião was built in 1686 in honor of Saint Sebastian, after Olinda underwent a plague. Inside the church you will find two altars; the new one can be moved in order for visitors to see the old one.

Note that the tour we are following is only an example. You can start your own tour in any of the Churches, and visit the town of Olinda following the tourist map.
