22/28.- Olinda, town beach

The town's beach is rather polluted and it is not suitable for swimming. If you want to go to the beach, there are better options in the area.

The best beaches are north of Olinda, in the town of Paulista. In Praça do Carmo, you will find a bus that will take you there. You can also go there by taxi. Some of the beaches are: Praia de Enseadinha and Praia de Janga (8 km), Praia de Nossa Senhora do Ó (12 km), Praia de Pau Amarelo  (14 km), Praia de Conceição (17 km) and Praia de Maria Farinha (23 km).
