In the main streets of ad dahar you will find many souvenir shops, where you can buy the famous water pipes (sheesha), alabaster statues or a t-shirt. As in all tourists cities in Egypt, you will have to bargain to get a good price. There are no fixed prices in these shops. How much you pay depends on your ability to negotiate with locals. Just one tip, remember to keep smiling. If you are good negotiating, you can get some great bargains.
