22/26.- Pyramids tour, abu sir

On the way back to Gizah we will have a second chance to see some picturesque towns. Although images like this, can make you think this is an underdeveloped country, this is not completely true. Thanks to the incomes tourism brings, Egypt's economy is developing fast. A local I met told me that in a few years this country will be one of the richest on the planet. Although this assertion is somewhat overstated, I am sure the economy of this African country will bring us some nice surprises in the coming decades.
