14/24.- Meknes, Imperial City

From the Mausoleum to the next highlight in the Royal City there is a long trek. If you can, stop a taxi and tell him to take you to the Royal Granary. If you cannot find any taxis, and have not hired a horse carriage, you will have to walk along the street you see in the picture. If it is summer, the heat can be unbeArable, bring a bottle of water. Once you get to the end of the street, turn right, and keep walking.
