17/31.- Essaouira, desert Bedouins

The population of Essaouira is mainly Arab Moroccan, but there are also Bedouins from the neighboring mountains and Saharauis. Most bedouins in town work in the souvenir shops. They sell typical craftsmanship from their villages. As everywhere else in Morocco expect to spend a lot of time bargaining before buying something.
