In this photo you can see a water pipe (sheesha).

At the top of the pipe there's some tobacco (usually with apple or honey) and a burning coal. At the bottom there's a recipient with water connected to the pipe. When you inhale, water filters the smoke.

It seems you cannot leave Egypt without tasting one of these pipes! for me, once was enough!
