13/43.- Aswan, Nubian pilgrimage to Mecca

Nubian people are very friendly. They usually invite tourists to take tea, and welcome them to visit their houses. Of course they do not do this for free. But in my opinion the money you give them is well spent.

As you can see in the photo their houses are very colorful. Some of them, as the one in the photo, depict the means of the owner's pilgrimage to Mecca.

We will later visit the other Nubian village in Aswan, now we will keep visiting this island ...
