San Giorgio in Braida (the church you can see at the other river side, at your right) was begun in 1447 over the ruins of a church dedicated to Saint George. In the 16th century Sanmicheli added the dome. In the 17th century the current facade was added. Inside this Renaissance Church youll find an interesting work of Veronese --there are also some interesting works by Romanino and Moretto.
