Further South is Karon Beach, which consists of two beaches, Karon Noi Beach and Karon Beach.
Karon Beach area is the natural extension of Patong Beach. The beach is long and wide. The area is well developed, with many hotels, restaurants, bars, shops, banks, etc. Karon beach is not as busy and touristy as Patong Beach, but it is not a quiet place either.
