Mid Reef, as it name implies, is located in the middle of two islands (Mamutik and Manukan). The top of the reef is about 6 meters deep, the slope goes down to 12 meters.
On the sand, next to the slope, there is an old fishing boat wreck. Not much remains of the boat, but the place is full of live. Blue Spotted Stingrays, Batfish and Scorpion Fish (in the picture) are usually spotted under the wreck.
