North of Sapi Island is Edgel Patches, which consists of two flat reefs one next to the other. The slope goes deeper than 20 meters, but there is not much down there.
The nicest part is between 10 and 12 meters, where most of the fish live. Big schools of Yellow Fin Snappers and small Barracudas can often be spotted swimming over the reefs. Other fish one can see here are the Blue Spotted Stingrays, the Porcupine Fish, and the Boxfish. If you are lucky you may even see a big Crocodile fish (picture) or some Cuttlefish.
