9/30.- Hong Kong, Man Mo Temple

An interesting contrast to the neo-classic, Western-style Legislative Council building is Man Mo Temple, Hong Kong's oldest and most important Chinese temple built in 1847. It's dedicated to Man (deity of literature) and Mo (deity of war). It's not the most impressive place from the outside (and, in fact, can be a little hard to find) but it's still worth visiting to see the interior.
