4/35.- Venice, a Canale

If you’re planning a visit to Venice, you’d better come in late Spring (April or May) or late Fall (October or November), when its streets are less crowded. In Summer (July, August and September), the amount of tourists won’t let you admire the majesty of this city’s architecture. During these three months the weather is not the best either: too hot and too wet.

Venice is always a surprising city, even in the high season a stroll can lead you to a desert street. Remember "Death in Venice" by Thomas Mann?
