17/43.- Tarragona, Consell Comarcal

Tarragona used to have one of the biggest Roman Circus in the Empire. There are still some ruins of this huge construction. The Circus used to be in the place where we are now (in the old district). It was almost 360 meters long. Uunfortunately very few parts of it remain today. The current buildings were built over it.
