14/43.- Tarragona, Pla de la Seu

This is the Cathedral of Tarragona, built over an ancient Roman temple. Most of the temples during the Roman times were in this part of the city. Some of the ruins of these Roman temples were used to build this Catholic Cathedral. Probably during the Islamic domination of the city it became a mosque.
