2/28.- Tarifa, wind- and kite surfers

In this picture you can see a view of one of the beaches in Tarifa where wind- and kite surfers enjoy the strong winds of this Andalusian town.

In order to get to Tarifa from abroad, you can take a flight to Malaga. From where you can rent a car, and drive along the N-340 road (there is also a faster toll highway). If you do not want to rent a car, take a public bus from Malaga's airport to Marbella, from where you can take another bus to Algeciras, from where you can take a bus to Tarifa. You can also take a public bus to Malaga city from the airport, form where you can take a direct bust to Tarifa.

Alternatively you can fly to Jerez de la Frontera, Seville and Gibraltar (only half an hour from Tarifa).
