28.- Sitges, "El Prado"

In November takes place in Sitges a very special event, the Catalonia International Film Festival. This festival dates back to 1968, when a Fantastic and Horror Cinema Festival started. Although nowadays the festival displays all kind of films, it still focuses on fantastic movies.

This is Catalonia's main cinema event. If you are a movie freak, come to Sitges in November.

More than 200 movies are displayed in the 7 local theaters. The two biggest are "El Retiro" and "El Pardo"..
