The most famous Seville "Fiesta" (celebration) is the "Feria de Abril" (April’s Fair), when traditional Andalusian dressed people celebrate the "Feria". Circuses, Bullfights, flamenco shows and many other attractions fill the mild nights.

If you want to see the real Flamenco you have to come to the "Feria de Abril" in Seville.
