I think it’s time to learn some basic words in Italian:

• Yes/No = Si/No
• Hello/Bye = ciao (you only have to learn one word, bye=hello=ciao)
• please = per favore
• Thanks = Grazie
• Excuse me = Scussi
• Do you speak English? = Parla Inglese?
• Where is = Dov’è ...?
