8/42.- Rome, Fontana di Trevi

The Fontana di Trevi is famous because the legend says that if you throw a coin you will come back to Rome some day --if you throw a second coin you can desire a second wish. It is a work of N. Salvi and it was finished in 1762. The fountain is in one of the Poli Palace’s facades.
