8/42.- Rome, Fontana di Trevi

The Fontana di Trevi is famous because the legend says that if you throw a coin you will come back to Rome some day --if you throw a second coin you can desire a second wish. It is a work of N. Salvi and it was finished in 1762. The fountain is in one of the Poli Palace’s facades.

You can see the powerful figure of Neptune surrounded by the Health and Abundance Niche.
