37/50.- Budesti, old village woman hand spinning wool

In Budesti by the end of the village we stopped the car to have a chat with aunt Maria, a 78 years old woman who lives alone and still practices the centuries old tradition of hand spinning wool. And this is how after two full days of visits to Unesco sites and other monuments of Maramures we return to Baia Mare saying good-bye to our guide and friend Dan Comanescu. The rest of the trip will be spent on our own getting to know the people of Maramures.
