34/43.- Prague, Národni Divadlo

That’s the National Theater (Národni Divadlo). Its construction began in 1868, with plans by J. Zitek and was finished in 1881, but shortly after the building was burnt down. It took two year to re-open. In its decoration took part the most famous Czech artists. The building was recently restored (1977-1983).
