We are now in Santa Catalina Street, in front of a department store.

During the 13h and 15th centuries Porto was the biggest harbor in Portugal. During this period, Porto strengthened the maritime links with the most important European harbors, among others with Barcelona, Valencia, La Rochelle, Rouen, London, Ypres and Antwerp.
