These revitalization projects not only include the architectural and archeological aspects, but also the social and cultural ones. Over a hundred equipment units have been constructed and many public areas have been requalified.

In order to encourage the local population to stay in those areas a project for refurbishment of the decaying buildings and houses has been launched. These projects are being very successful.
