22/50.- Paris, Hotel des Invalides, Place Vauban

Since April the 3rd 1861, Napoléon I rests in peace in a crypt under de golden dome you see in the picture. The complex also houses the French Army Museum ('Musee de l'Arme').

Not far from here, in rue de Varenne, sits a more interesting museum: the Rodin Museum. In this museum you will find a superb collection of works by this sculptor, including "The Thinker" and "The Kiss".
