9/50.- Paris, Champs Elysees

The 'Champs Elysees' is one of the most famous avenues in the world. It goes from Place de la Concorde -where this photo was taken- to the 'Arc de Triomphe' --in the middle of the picture.

The avenue was built in times of Napoleon. This long avenue is surrounded by trees, imposing buildings, chic shops, movie theaters and night clubs and cabarets - the Lido, among them. Walking from here to the End of this avenue is an experience you will hardly forget.
