2/27.- Padua, Museo al Santo

The oldest works in the basilica are "the Passion" and "life of Saint James" (1372-1377), works of Altichiero and Avanzo. In the high altar you will find eight sculptures by Donatello. In the "Oratorio di San Giorgio" you will find more frescoes by Altichiero and Avanzo and in the "Scuola del Santo" (both next to the basilica), you will find several frescoes from the 16th century --early works of Tiziano Vecellio, among others.
