Another stereotype about Holland is that it is a country of flowers. Well, this stereotype is well-deserved. Flowers, especially tulips and other bulbs, are among Holland’s most famous exports. In the province of North Holland, there are large, colourful flower fields; and on the markets, there are always flower stands offering a staggering variety of flowers of every kind.
