3/25.- Montserrat, a Christian Symbol

Montserrat is not only the perfect place to learn a lot about the history of Catalonia, but also a great place to hike. If you are a hiking enthusiast, you have many possibilities here. Most of the excursions take between one and three hours. Since 1880 local hikers come to Montserrat. Climbing is another sport that can be practiced in Montserrat. Some of the most famous peaks are: the 'Cavall Bernat', 'el Cilindre' and 'el Dit'.
