The Grandmaster's Palace was successively the
official
residence of the Grandmaster of the Order, The British Governor, and now
houses the Maltese
Parliament.
Open to the general public are the staterooms, the Tapestry
Chamber which contains a unique collection of Gobelin tapestries, and the
Palace Armoury with weapons and armour displayed in a permanent exhibition.
