15/39.- Mallorca,
Manacor
Manacor is on the east side of the island, by the "Serra de Llevant".
Manacor has a remarkable church, and its also famous for its
traditional horse races. The city of Manacor has more than 20,000
inhabitants, and as many towns inside the island is not a tourist
location. But if you have time, you should spend one day here. As
you can see in the photo, the landscape is much dryer here than in
the North of the Island.
Well now go to the center of Mallorca, and then go to Colonia
Sant Jordi (South), where some of the best beaches in the island are
located.
