43/46.- Madrid, Puerta del Sol

We are in "Puerta del Sol" (=Sun Gate), one of the busiest squares in Madrid. In this square there are two famous landmarks: the bear and tree statue (the symbol of Madrid), and the Kilometer zero marker --from which all Spanish roads and Highways start. Puerta del Sol can be considered the center of Madrid city as well.

Madrid has many Discos, among the most famous are: "Joy Eslava" (C. Arenal 11) and Kapital (C. Atocha 125). Discos usually close at 6 am, but if you are not tired at that time, you can find many AfterHours, that don't close till midday.
