Madrid, Torre Picasso
This is the highest building in Madrid and one of the tallest in Spain.
Madrid, with more than three million inhabitants, is a cosmopolitan city. Madrid used to be a small village until the 16th century, when it became the capital of Spain. Since then, immigration has multiplied its population. It's very difficult to find a true "Madrileño", almost everybody is a first or second generation immigrant. The most of them come from the different regions in Spain, but you can also find many people from South America (the old Colonies), and lately also many black Africans, North Africa and far east immigrants.
