45/45.- Athens, Monastriki

As we prepare to leave our virtual tour of Athens, I wouldn't want you to get the impression Athens is all ruins and museums.

There are a number of vibrant neighborhoods full of cafes, shops, street performers, etc., most notably the tourist havens of Plaka and Monastriki, seen here. And what better place to sit outside a caf‚ than in the shadow of the Acropolis! Well, that concludes our tour. I hope you enjoyed it.
