4/45.- Athens, Agora, Byzantine Church of the Apostles

Not everything in the Agora dates to ancient Greek times. Smack in the middle of the Agora is the 11th-century Byzantine Church of the Apostles. Like many other early Byzantine churches, the scale is surprisingly small and delicate. If you are fortune enough to find it open, there are some nice frescos inside.
