Here you have some nice buildings in the Shwabing-west district. In this district is one of the nicest city parks in Europe, the Englische Garten. You will find the park east of Leopoldstrasse and Ludwigstrasse. The park can be reached on foot from the Old Town. If you do not want to walk, you can take the metro (U-Bahn), and get off at Universität or Giselastrasse.
